At Pets on Tops we have taken great care over the selection of the garments that we use for our designs.
They are carefully chosen for quality, comfort, style and durability.

Shipping & Returns

| Delivery Time | Our Tops are made to order and will be despatched within 21 working days, although the average will probably be between 3 to 7 working days. If we are unable to despatch your order within 21 working days, we will contact you by email with an estimated despatch date." |
| UK Customers | Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post and a proof of posting certificate will be obtained. |
| International Customers | We regret we are unable to supply international customers at the present time. |
| Payment | We accept payment from all popular debit and credit cards using the Paypal site to guarantee the security of all transactions. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by this method. We are also happy to accept Paypal payments. |
| Postage & Packing | A Postage and Packing charge of £2.65 per order will be added to your bill when you select “Place Order”. For orders of £75 and over P&P is free of charge. |
| Orders by Post | We are happy to accept orders by post for those customers who prefer not to pay via the internet. please download and complete the Pets on Tops Order Form and send with your cheque made payable to Pets on Tops. Orders will not be processed until the cheque has cleared, normally 4 working days. Please DO NOT under any circumstances send CASH through the post." |
| Exchanges | We are happy to exchange a Top for another size or colour if goods are returned within 10 days of receipt and arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition in the original packaging. Postage is not refundable and will be charged for redelivery on exchanged items. Please ensure you complete and enclose with your parcel the Returns Form provided. |
| Refunds | "We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason a refund is required, goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt and must arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition in the original packaging. The cost of the returned item will be refunded via the original payment method. Postage is not refundable. Please ensure you complete and enclose with your parcel the Returns Form provided. |
| In the unlikely event that goods are faulty an exchange will be made free of charge and any postage costs will be refunded by means of postage stamps. If an exchange is not required a full refund including postage costs will be made via the original payment method." | |
